Suitable for Air-conditioning System Cleaning The AC flush kit is suitable for cleaning air-conditioning systems and other systems, such as automobile AC pipes, condensers, evaporators, fuel pipes and household refrigerator/AC pipes. When replacing a malfunctioning AC compressor, it is important to ensure all debris in the system is cleared. This AC flush kit can help to quickly and efficiently remove old refrigerating oil and debris before replacing the compressor or retrofitting the system.
Pressure Regulating & Relief Valve AC flush kit This AC flush kit is equipped with a pressure relief valve, you can adjust the pressure relief value according to your needs. Just use a hexagon wrench to tighten the pressure relief valve to increase the air pressure, and loosen it to reduce the air pressure. When the pressure exceeds 215psi , the pressure will be automatically released, ensuring your safety. Note: Working pressure do not exceed 150PSI.
Readable Pressure Gauge for Real-time Monitoring & Spray Head The AC flush kit is equipped with a readable pressure gauge to monitor the pressure in the bottle in real time. Easy to read data and ensure work safety. The AC flush kit is designed to work with any lightweight A/C flushing material. The spray head has a rubber tapered nozzle, which can seal the pipe opening and prevent the solvent from spraying back. The surface of the spray head is electroplated to prevent rust.
Thickened and Leakproof Stainless Steel Bottle & Steel Draft Tube The bottle is made of upgraded and thickened stainless steel, which is leakproof and resistant to high pressure and corrosion. The AC flush kit adopts a steel tube instead of a plastic one. The plastic tube will fold and cause no flow, while the steel tube allows the liquid to flow out smoothly.
Hook Design & 3.5FT Long Hose Equipped with a hook that allows you to hang the bottle on the car without holding it all the time. AC flush kit also equipped with a 3.5FT long hose. The max working pressure of the hose is 600PSI and its burst pressure is up to 3000PSI. Easy operation: just fill AC flush canister with lightweight AC flush solvent, connect to your air compressor , and then uses workshop air to pressurize and flush old oil, refrigerant residues and dirt.
