And the 1st - 2nd tank of water is used to fill the new filter cartridges, so there might be just some water coming out of the machine when you use it for the first and second time, this is a normal phenomenon, please dump away the left water in the tank and refill the water tank to the max line, pressing the water producing button, then the machine will work normally.
