- Hood Specifications- 430 Stainless Steel Construction , 48" depth provides better capture and containment of cooking vapors at lower airflow volumes. 600 degree hood rating - allows use with medium to heavy duty cooking equipment providing ultimate flexibility. Stainless Steel Baffle Hood Filters with Handles and Bottom Hanging Hook. High Temp Light Fixtures. Factory installed 14" round exhaust riser, and factory installed supply risers with volume dampers.
