Description
- Fits john deere 1025r. replaces factory 4 wheel drive lever.
- Mounted near the floor for a more ergonomic position next to the driver's seat.Simple bolt-on installation, remove the panel where the lever exits, and with an extension on your ratchet, remove two bolts and bolt the new one on.a 13mm or 1/2 inch 3/8 universal socket works best, put lever in 4 wheel drive.before taking off bolts.uses the same black rubber handle as your old lever.NOTE
- some 1025r's came with a pinned lever, please make sure your lever has the two bolt holes.
- stock one will slide off with some hot water, also sticker can be gently peeled off to reposition by new lever location.
- I think you will also find that it shifts better because the angle puts less strain on the transmission.Also fits later model 1023e if the lever has 2 bolts down at the transmission
