- Large Melting Zone, High-Flow Printing The overall melting zone length is 27.3mm, increased by 30 compared with spider hotend v1.0 and other common hotends, which offer a smooth printing experience even with 0.8mm nozzle. Meanwhile, the inner wall of nozzle and heat block adopt fluid polishing process, Ra 0.25, greatly enhance fluidity of filament and prevent clogs.
- Supporting 300mm/s High-Speed Printing The high-temp heat-resistant insulation sheet is added to maintain the temp of the melting zone, supporting 300mm/s high-speed printing.The titanium alloy screws were used to reduce the thermal conductivity by 30 , which can reduce the transfer of heat from the hating zone to the heat dissipation zone and ensure the smooth feeding. Meanwhile, red copper heat sink to improve heat dissipation efficiency.
