Description
- Propane metal furnaces are suitable for metalsmiths and refineries. Designed to melt metals up to 3272 F and 1800 C. The furnace can melt: gold, silver, copper, aluminum, brass, bronze, cast iron and more other metals.
- Professional graphite casting crucibles are made of a mixture of graphite and clay, and are recommended for melting precious or non-precious metals. They have thicker inner walls and can handle direct heat and open flame casting. They can be used with our propane melting furnaces, rated temperature can withstand up to 1560 F-3272 F- . - When the furnace is used for the first time, the moisture in the furnace must be dried. The propane melting furnace can be heated to 1300 C / 2372 F and can melt metals with a melting point below 1300 C in 15 minutes. The propane melting furnace can melt: 6KG copper, 13KG gold, 1.8KG aluminum, 7KG silver.
- The furnace body is made of 304 stainless steel and is lined with a 1-inch ceramic fiber blanket, which can increase the fuel efficiency of the furnace by 40 and increase the life of refractories by 50 . The furnace floor is made of refractory brick, which has excellent strength and durability.
