- FUNCTION : Our 120 volt nitride ignitor replacement will be needed if furnace will not ignite, ignitor does not glow, crack, burn out, break, moisten, etc.
- COMPATIBILITY : Our nitride ignitor can replace most silicon carbide ignitors including many carborundum models and is suitable for cook top and range, furnace, hot surface ignitors, infrared light source, pool heater and boilers, process machinery, special FX, water and parking heaters.
- POWER RATING : 150 W. Temperature at 120v 0.5v. 60HZ at 17 sec 1180 . You can measure whether the hot surface ignitor is working properly with a multimeter. Your multimeter should read anywhere from 9 to17 Ohms if the ignitor has continuity. The nitride furnace ignitor should be replaced if there is no reading on the multimeter or very little change.
