Description
- Clear Plastic Sheeting: Polycarbonate / Polycarb for use around the home, workshop, car, and in the VEX Robotics Competition. Transparent Lexan sheet is great for thermo forming with clear plastic! Superior in usability to glass sheets or clear Plexiglas.
- Shatter resistant Lexan sheet, easy to cut, drill, bend, and thermoform. Use simple tools like snips or hacksaws to cut and standard drill bits without cracking or fracturing. Simple to bend with a heat gun, may also be cold-bendable. Thermoformable, often used for vacuum molding.
- Transparent polycarbonate panes are sold under a number of brands including Lexan by SABIC, Perspex, Makrolon, Tuffak, Spartech, Palram, Gallina. Better workability than Clear Acrylic Plexiglass sold as Lucite, Plexiglas, Perspex, etc.
- Includes three 12x24" CNC precision square & straight cut sheets of 1/16" thick Polycarbonate. Exact size sheet is precisely 12x24", unlike other nominal sheets that can be up to 1/4" smaller than specified. 1 foot by 2 feet, 1/16 inch thick.
