After installing all of the pieces in this bundle, you can expect more consistent and accurate feed rates, better results with retraction settings, less failures, and a bed that holds level much longer.
- The Capricorn XS Series tubing in this collection is for 1.75mm filament and rated for higher temperature usage than cheaper PTFE alternatives. The inner diameter tolerances are much tighter than competitors in the space and lead to much better performance in all Bowden style printers that use it. Capricorn is the most trusted name in PTFE tubing.
- A full installation guide comes with this lightweight and strong aluminum extruder. This upgrade helps to ensure a more even feed rate over time as well as resisting wear much better than the stock 3D printers plastic extruders today. The full installation kit for the extruder is included and it is very easy and straightforward to switch to this upgraded part on your machine.
- The pneumatic fittings are top of the line fittings with metal teeth inside that will grasp the PTFE tubing ensuring that it doesn't slip as the filament is pushed in or retracted out.
- Bed leveling springs included in this bundle are for CR-10 series printers and are 5mm longer than Ender series springs. HOWEVER they are compatible with Ender series printers. You may need to raise the z-axis limit switch by 4-6mm to accommodate for the longer length.This ensures more consistent results, higher print quality and less time leveling the bed between prints.
