The moss of the kokedama itself helps to retain moisture without having to risk overwatering the plants. For planting succulents, pierce holes in the kokedama, so they can take root in the soil inside the planter.
- This planter measures 6" in diameter, ideal for small plants to create an attractive Japanese-style hanging garden in your home. Kokedama is the practice of using moss to encase the soil and roots of your houseplants, creating a natural planter. No more struggling to make pre-made ceramics and plastics without drainage holes work, trying to get the drainage stone depth correct, or make sure the saucer doesn't overflow.
- Includes the moss ball planter, hanging chain, and hanging hook. The only thing you have to supply is the plant and potting soil or sphagnum moss.
