Description

  1. Treat your plants to a natural hanging planter with Bella Moss Sphagnum Kokedama! It's ready to use right out of the box--just add soil or packed sphagnum moss, include your plant, and hang using the attached chain. Lightweight Kokedama moss ball planters are an easy way to get rid of unattractive plastic hangers for a wide variety of plants.
  2. Any small plant will fit into this attractive hanger! Succulents, tropicals--even orchids! The generous opening makes it easy to pack in sphagnum moss or orchid potting mix. The moss of the kokedama itself helps to retain moisture without having to risk overwatering the plants. For planting succulents, pierce holes in the kokedama, so they can take root in the soil inside the planter.
  3. This planter measures 6" in diameter, ideal for small plants to create an attractive Japanese-style hanging garden in your home. Kokedama is the practice of using moss to encase the soil and roots of your houseplants, creating a natural planter. No more struggling to make pre-made ceramics and plastics without drainage holes work, trying to get the drainage stone depth correct, or make sure the saucer doesn't overflow.
  4. Includes the moss ball planter, hanging chain, and hanging hook. The only thing you have to supply is the plant and potting soil or sphagnum moss.
  5. Removing your plant from the kokedama should be relatively easy, depending on how well established its root system is. Kokedama balls with succulents rooted through the walls, however, will need to be replaced.
