The Basics Elbow Cold Pack is designed to conform to the shape of your elbow. It provides the sore, swollen areas of your elbow with soothing cold. Since the RigiGel pack is sewn inside, it always stays in place where you need it. Simply place the Cold Pack inside the reusable storage bag and charge it in the freezer for at least one hour prior to use. The Elbow Cold Pack is incredibly easy to use because there's no adjustment required. Once the Cold Pack has been charged in the freezer, all you have to do is remove it from the reusable bag and pull it up onto your elbow. The Cold Pack itself is made from soft, breathable materials for the ultimate in comfort. Our unique RigiGel formula is soft and flexible, but won't move out of the way, even under heavy pressure for long periods of time.
