- Designed for a wide variety of materials -- No weeding or masking is required and DTF transfers can be applied to a variety of fabrics, including cotton, cotton/poly blends, 100 polyester, rayon, nylon, silk, leather, and more. Also easy to iron-on, transfer, strong bonding & machine-washable. Work well even for the tiny and intricate DETAILS of any image.
- Easy to use -- 1 - Print on Film: First, print the entire image in white on the PET film; 2 - Powdering: This step is to apply the hot melt powder to the film printed with the image; 3 - Melting the powder: the heating time is generally 2 to 5 minutes and the temperature is about 160 to 170 degrees Celsius; 4 - Transfer: The curing is done at a temperature range of 160 to 170 degree Celsius for approximately 15 to 20 seconds; 5 - Cold Peel: Slowly remove film when cool to touch.
- Our DTF is a great option for small quantity orders and can be extremely user friendly. You get the artwork flexibility-you can print any type of artwork. You can also print on dark or light colored shirts, instead of being limited to white or light colored shirts. Please note: If the image does not come off completely, repress with the image in place, let it cool, and repeel the film.
