- Easy to Operate The PEX cutter adopts safety locking hood design which keeps the precision grinding blade protected and closed when not in use. Radial style: push the pipe into the cutting chamber and rotate the cutter in the direction of the arrow on the tool. Squeeze the handles to release the pipe after cutting. Scissor style: push the pipe into the cutting chamber and squeeze the handles to release the pipe after cutting.
