Description
- 2 Pack The acrylic panel is individually covered with thick paper to protect the sheets from scratches. It came with plastic corner pieces to further protect the corners from the possibility of chipping or cracking. And the paper protectors can be torn off easily. There is no need to tear off the protective paper before laser cutting. Please note that there is a 0.1mm-0.2mm error in the thickness of the acrylic board due to the casting process.
- Made from Top Quality Cast Plexiglass They are very vibrant colors and all of the edges were smooth and without burrs. The surface was free from all defects. The sheets are all perfectly flat and have a consistent thickness across the entire sheet. Adopt the cast acrylic production technique, these acrylic sheets are highly resistant to impact, breakage, and weathering, easy to work with laser, and have no warp or deform when being cut, drilled, or shaped.
- Easy to Cut and Process These acrylic plexiglass sheets are perfect for cutting out small shapes, or lowering the wattage and etching things onto the acrylic. They cut easily with a CNC router, band saw, table saw, jigsaw, drill, etc. Great for crafts, laser-cutting, or any other purpose that calls for uniformly thick, easily shaped/cut material. No melting, scorching marks, or burns during laser engraving. Note: Diode lasers can't cut through acrylic, and in instances where it does - it does so very poorly. So be aware if you only have a Diode Engraver, even at 20W of optical power.
