- Over-Correction Protection There are 3 stimulus modes: beep, vibration, and shock. The vibration and shock stimulus have a stimulus cycle which lasts up to 18 seconds every 30 seconds. If your dog leaves the safe boundary zone, the stimulus will start for 3 cycles, after that, vibration or shock stimulus will automatically shut off to avoid over-correction, even though your dog is still out of the safe area. Only beep stimulus mode will continue to warn with no cycle limit.
