How it works: Melilax Pediatric combines action evacuating to a protective and soothing of the rectal mucosa . The dual action of Melilax is obtained thanks to PROMELAXIN , a complex of nectar honey and honeydew specially selected and processed according to their content of monosaccharides , polysaccharides and melanoidins , enriched with the polysaccharide fraction from Aloe and Mauve . Melilax Pediatric evacuating exerts a stimulus that induces activation of defecation . Furthermore Melilax Pediatric , thanks to its properties mucosimili and to its viscosity , protects the rectal mucosa during the passage of stool . These special properties , combined with antioxidant action , giving the product the ability to protect and soothe the mucous membrane . Directions for use: Children between 3 and 12 years old: 1 micro enemas of 5g.Children between 1 and 3 years old: 1 micro enemas of 5g.Infants between 0 and 1 year old: 1/2 micro enemas of 5g.Apply some drops of product in the peri-anal area and gently introduce the canula in the buttocks. Press the dose and, at the end of application, press it until complete extraction to ensure that the product is not sucked. The microenema is disposable , so it must not be reused if it administer the half , as in the case of infants .
