- This product is plug and play for Ender 3 / Pro HOWEVER ENDER 3 V2/5 USERS MUST UPDATE FIRMWARE. THIS FIRMWARE can be found at the link in this listing's product description. After installing this product, your printer will automatically detect the bed height at multiple locations around the surface of the bed and automatically adjust so the hotend will always be the perfect distance away from the bed. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU FLASH THE BOARD OR IT WILL NOT WORK. Flashing the board takes 3 minutes!
- All necessary components for installation on Creality machines come included in this kit such as the ISP cable which will be used to connect the control board to the computer. For this product to work as intended, a new firmware must be flashed onto the control board. Link for firmware download is in this listing's product description.
- The BL Touch is an incredibly accurate and reliable auto-mesh bed leveling sensor that probes individual spots for differences in Z height on any print surface such as glass, aluminum, PEI, BuildTak with incredible accuracy to 0.005mm. This is especially great for users with small imperfections or warping in their print surface as manual leveling will never be able to account for these variables. Includes 1.5m extension cable for neat cable management solutions.
- This is the newest version of Creality's 4.2.7 32 Bit silent control board with original TMC2225 Trinamic stepper drivers which greatly reduce the sound of the stepper motors during use. This new 32Bit version has more memory to store more functions and features of Marlin firmware like thermal runaway protection, resume print, and many others. It also comes with a bootloader pre-installed to for easy firmware updates. This board also has support for a color display and filament run out sensor.
