The outside of the sleeve is wrapped with triple reflective tape and three lock and release tactical clips.

- Throw Line Specs, 75ft of Sterling Rescue Rope 7/16" constructed of 100 Polypropylene for superior buoyancy, kernmantle construction with 4, 406 Lb tensile strength.
