The Classic Herb Saver by Prepara can store and preserve freshly cut herbs for up to three weeks. In the Prepara test kitchen, herbs kept in the herb saver stayed fresh up to two weeks longer than herbs kept in the fridge alone. To use, open the clear case and lay herbs inside, then close the case. Remove the reservoir stopper and add fresh water to the base. Place the clear case with fresh herbs in the reservoir, allowing the herbs to stay upright with their stems in the water. While storing,
