The ergonomically designed thickness knob is easy to rotate ensuring that slicing is accurate and precise, with a minimum thickness of 0.5mm. It's easy to select the appropriate thickness size for different dishes.
- Built-in Sharpener: The top mounted sharpener keeps the blade sharp always. This is convenient and helpful, especially when the slicer is used frequently.
- Easy Operability & User-friendly Design: A 45 feed tray and an extended food pushier ensure large food capacity for consistent slicing. An axle sleeve added to the bearings ensures more stability, especially when slicing hard food. The carriage extension can make up to 7" of space between the pressure plate and the cutting blade for slicing larger chunks of food.
