- WATER FILTER DEIONIZATION CARTRIDGE KIT AquaticLife Deionization Resin Starter Kit includes 700 ml Color Changing DI Resin Refill Bags and 10" Refillable Reusable Water Filter Cartridge. The Refillable Cartridge comes pre-loaded with DI Resin.
- COLOR-CHANGING DI RESIN The DI resin uses positive Cations and negative Anions to remove Total Dissolved Solids from water. It physically changes color from Dark Brown/Blue to Tan when the media is exhausted.
- REDUCES TOTAL DISSOLVED SOLIDS TO ZERO The deionization resin is necessary to reduce TDS to zero in the final stage of an RO/DI system. It uses ion exchange to remove TDS from water.
- 10-INCH REFILLABLE CARTRIDGE The 10" refillable water filter cartridge for DI resin fits popular RO/DI systems and the Aquatic Life Spot Free Car Rinse. Its opaque housing allows for easy detection to know when it's time to replace the resin.
- COMPATIBLE WITH Cartridge caps unscrew to allow for refilling with AquaticLife bulk resin. Compatible with Captive Purity, Kent Marine, Seachem, Coralife, BRS, and most other residential or aquarium/hydro DI and RODI systems.
