This is compatible with both right and left side and would recommend getting a pair to stretch at the same time. Please remember, this was crafted to fit regular type Sneakers, Dress Shoes, Flats or Low Top Shoes. These were NOT meant for Boots, Cowboy Boots, High Heels or Steel/Rubber toe footwear.

- TARGETED STRETCH: This shoe stretcher ONLY stretches the height of your shoes and will NOT affect the width. It helps relieve the pressure on top of your foot with tight fitting shoes. Once inserted into your shoes, take your time & turn the knob slowly to start the process of the instep stretcher to avoid over stretching or damaging the stretcher. Once the targeted stretch has been achieved, we suggest leaving it for 8 hours or keep overnight into the following day.
