When battery output less than 2 Amps power at 12V , the battery input power from AC charger will provide output power and at same time charge battery. The battery will function like a 12V DC Uninterrupted Power Supply and will never run out of power as long as input has power. The battery cells will provide power when battery has no input power or when output power is more than input power.
