We've had many, many requests for a closed back headphone selling for under 1, 000. Audeze now delivers the new closed back version of the LCD-2 Classic, and with a retail price of only 899! Steve Guttenberg's recent review for CNET of the LCD2 Classic states: "If you want to not just hear but feel your tunes, the LCD-2C has it all over the Sennheiser HD700." The LCD-2 closed back version still has the amazing bass and midrange that Steve raves about, but because of the closed back, it adds a little more "slam" to the bass, as well as better isolation for a more immersive listening experience.
