This pad has a PVC top side and a PE bottom side, and is Blue on top and Black on bottom. This pad is designed to fit up to 7.5 inch springs. This is the PAD ONLY, and SPRINGS ARE NOT INCLUDED! This pad is made to fit 13' Square frame trampolines.
