- Custom hand wound internal steel strings - equipped with two sets of 5 custom hand wound micro-coiled steel cajon strings for a beautifully lush responsive snare through all dynamics - adjust the tension with the tuning screw on the bottom of the cajon
- Contoured playing area - the exquisite lava burl wood playing surface is rounded at the corners and sanded down to form thumb notches where your hands lay in their natural position - this gives you exceptional contact with more comfort
- Refined sound for any setting - an internal bass reflex system channels and develops low end frequencies for a deeper thud, and a pop filter on the sound port provides clarity when using a microphone
