The Vello BG-N18 Battery Grip for Nikon D7500 is specifically designed for this camera, and the grip accepts one ENEL-15a, which can be changed quickly when the battery drains of power, in the included battery tray. Once the battery grip is installed, it provides an alternate, vertical shutter release button, so it does not leave you holding the camera in an awkward shooting position.
