Nordic Pure MERV 12 rated plus carbon pleated AC air filters are made of a new dual material where MERV rated material has been fused together with a carbon layer. The M12 pleated with carbon air filter will give you 33 more activated carbon with less air restriction than the traditional flat panel carbon plus pleated filter. The activated charcoal will help control those unwanted odors from pets, smoking and many more. Each time air passes through a Nordic Pure pleated furnace filter, lint, household dust, pollen, dust mites, pet dander, smog, mold spores and germs from coughing or sneezing are removed.
