Description
- Tazer RAM Features Vehicle settings are changes made to the vehicle such as tire size, gear ratios or settings which accommodate other upgrades. Live Settings are selectable options that the Tazer performs live, only while it is physically connected. Non-Menu" Live Functions are activated automatically or with a steering wheel button combination.
- Various Settings Light show, display DTCs, clear CELs, enable and/or disable various options. See user guide for full list of settings and functions.
- Easy Installation Installation is a matter of simply plugging the Tazer Ram into the OBD2 diagnostic port under the dashboard. Vehicles 2018 and newer require an additional OBDII T-Harness Bypass.
- Vehicle Compatibility Fits 2013-2021 Ram 1500 Classic, 2500 and 3500.
- Important Notes The OBDII T-Harness Bypass is required when installing the Tazer Ram in 2018 Ram 1500, 2019-2021 Ram 1500 Classic, 2500 and 3500. Not compatible with the Dodge Ram 1500 DT or TRX. Requires instrument cluster with color screen. Will not work on black and white dashboard screens. The tire PSI setting requires a trip to the dealer so the vehicle can recognize the change. Disabling the TPMS system altogether and turning off the warning symbol does NOT require the dealer.
