- DESIGNED FOR EVERYDAY USE: PowerStep Heat Moldable insoles are made to fit sized, meaning no trimming, you order your shoe size. Inserts are movable from shoe to shoe if necessary and are intended for footwear where the factory insoles can be removed. First time PowerStep or orthotic insert users may need a transition period of wearing insoles only a few hours a day until feet are accustomed to all day support and stability.
- HOW TO GET A CUSTOMIZED FIT: 1. Loosen shoes and remove all padding/factory insoles. 2. Preheat your oven to 225 F. 3. Bake one insole at a time until the white heat sensitive paper tab on the bottom of the insole turns black . DO NOT OVERHEAT Quickly remove insole from oven and place into shoe. While wearing socks, insert foot into shoe. Stand on insole with knees slightly bent for 1 min.
