Description

  1. UPGRADED REPLACEMENT VALVE FOR ZODIAC POOL CLEANERS - Fits Zodiac Polaris models 180, 380, 280, 480 PRO, 3900 Sport, Vac-Sweep 380, Vac-Sweep 280, 280 TankTrax. The Airlie replacement valve has been redesigned with upgraded construction to improve function and lifespan. NOTE: A small stream of water will come out of the valve side port during operation, even when the backup valve is not engaged, this is expected and does not affect performance.
  2. REENGINEERED GEARS WITH BRASS BUSHINGS TO PROLONG VALVE LIFESPAN - Unlike the stock valve that fails often, the Airlie valve features custom engineered brass bushings for the gearing to prevent earlier than anticipated valve failure.
  3. HIGH STRENGTH PROPRIETARY POLYMER CONSTRUCTION FOR INCREASED DURABILITY - A crack-resistant polymer blend and durable construction reduce cracking on the valve case.
  4. LIFETIME MANUFACTURER WARRANTY - The lifetime warranty will cover any unexpected product failures or issues over the lifetime of the product.
  5. WHEN TO REPLACE YOUR STOCK G52 BACK-UP VALVE- Hold the back up valve out of the water and verify that it cycles on and off. A complete cycle takes about three minutes. If it stays on all the time or doesn't come on at all then replace the back up valve. NOTE: A small stream of water will come out of the valve side port during operation, even when the backup valve is not engaged, this is expected and does not affect performance.
