- 5.5 oz. 100 Pure Lightly Toasted . Also called Taiko, this sesame oil has a fresh, mild aroma. Not overpowering. Perfect for a wide range of different cuisines. Add a couple of drops to give Asian soups and garlic sauces more flavor.
- We only use fresh sesame seeds that have passed all of our nearly 500 inspection items. Our sesame oils are using traditional extraction method without chemical solvent.
- Keep the oil in a cool and dark place. A dark cabinet in the pantry is perfect, but the kitchen can work too. Just don't store it in a place where the temperature fluctuates.
- What's great about this sesame oil is it has a smoke point of around 400 degrees F, so it can be used to cook a wide range of foods without releasing harmful substances into the air. Most of high-end Tenpra restaurants use this oil, including Michelin-starred restaurants.
