How GoBe2 Tracks Your Digestive Process The time it takes for your digestion to complete will vary based on: what, when and how much you ate, your age, stress, hydration levels, weight and gender. Protein-rich foods and fatty foods, such as meat and fish, can take longer to digest than high-fiber foods, such as fruits and vegetables. Sweets, such as candy, crackers, and pastries, are among the fastest foods digested. Here are some general time frames for the digestive process to be completed on your GoBe2. Time frame 0.75 - 1.5 hours 1.5 - 4 hours 3 - 6.5 hours 4.5 to 9 hours These are general estimates - get the knowledge of how YOUR body works with GoBe2. To calculate calorie intake, FLOW uses readings from an impedance sensor, taken several times per minute, to measure the body's "glucose curve" throughout the day.
