- WHAT'S IN THE PACK Every Street Jamaican Jerk Scratch Kit contains: Jamaican Jerk Sauce Garlic & Ginger Paste Jamaican Jerk Spice Rub
- COAT: Mix Jamaican Jerk spice rub through chicken and set aside.
- SEAR: Lightly stir-fry ginger & garlic paste in a hot and well-oiled medium size saucepan for 1 minute. Add chicken and stir-fry for a further 3 minutes or until seared on all sides.
- SIMMER: Add cooking sauce to pan, stir contents, reduce heat to low, cover pan with lid and simmer until meat is fully cooked . Serve immediately with rice and your choice of vegetables or salad.
