The CLOT x Air Jordan 13 Low Terracotta Warrior is a unique collaborative edition of the silhouette by CLOT co-founder and creative director Edison Chen. The design is inspired by Chen s youth, which was spent between Canada and Hong Kong, China. Utilizing his favorite Air Jordan model from high school, Chen crafted the low-top version of the Air Jordan 13 to mimic the look of the famous Terracotta Warriors statues, which he visited on a recent trip to Lintong county, Shaanxi province in China. To replicate the look of the ancient terracotta construction of the statues, the upper is constructed in a sepia-tone suede with a tile texture to reference the armor worn by the warrior figurines. More special details include golden metal CLOT logos on each heel, and the right shoe s tongue opposite a golden Jumpman logo on the left tongue, as well as translucent tan rubber utilized for the midsole and outsole. The impressive CLOT x Air Jordan 13 Low Terra Cotta Warrior released in limited quantities in December 2018.
