- SIZE VARIETY: The 12 hole saw blades in the Hi-Spec Hole Saw Set has popular DIY sizes for plastic PVC piping, softwood desk/table tops, drywall, furniture and cabinets, and doors for fitting handles and locks. - ATTACH TO A POWER DRILL: The 12 blades are fixed to any standard power drill with the 4 accessories of 2 adjustable Arbor nuts, a backing plate and a hex key. The 2 arbour nut mandrels fix the saw blade to the drill and can be easily adjusted for secure fastening. This allows secure saw blade attachment to a power drill with at least a 8mm or 10mm chuck head
- FIXING ACCESSORIES: The 85mm long arbour nut mandrel, with a 5mm pilot drill bit, bores a centering hole to keep the saw teeth accurately centred, whilst the 40mm long arbour nut is typically attached to workshop pillar or bench drill with a clamped workpiece. The 60mm wide mounting back plate, fixed on with the supplied hex key, is used with the larger sized blades to prevent warping and oscillations whilst sawing
- HIGH-CARBON STEEL: The blades in Hi-Spec Hole Saw Set are manufactured from heat-treated 50 high-carbon steel. This gives extra cutting hardness with their sharp 2mm high teeth that create faster, cleaner cuts without rough/split edges. A black oxide finish-coating gives a mild layer of corrosion and abrasion resistance. All items are neatly stored in a compact plastic case for easy storage
