The silk dome midrange operates in the 550Hz-1. 9kHz range, improving power handling, lowering distortion, and improving the polar response, which allows the speaker to achieve higher SPL.
- The 6. 5in high excursion Woofers feature a long fiber pulp cone, NBR Surround, and are designed with shorting rings to keep distortion at a minimum. The combined driver design enables the speaker to reach Sonic heights and deliver accurate sound For the best in home theater dynamics and detail
- The THX speaker series feature carefully selected fourth order Linkwitz-Riley crossover network acoustic filters. This sophisticated crossover minimizes sonic frequency overlap, reduces distortion, and is an excellent choice to minimize off axis response errors near the crossover frequency.
- The heavy duty dog ear mounting system makes for a fast and problem free installation. The magnetically detachable grille is powder coated in white and can be painted to match any decor
